1. License & Usage

By downloading "DATAFLOW-Rig", you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the software.

Free Tier: For personal usage and local execution only.
Pro/Enterprise Tier: Required for commercial deployment, cloud scheduling, and white-labeling features.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to hack the licensing mechanism.

2. AI & Automation Disclaimer

Please read this section carefully.

The "Self-Healing AI" and "GenAI Nodes" use probabilistic models. While they aim to fix Python errors and generate code automatically:

No Guarantee: We do not guarantee the code generated by the Rig is 100% bug-free or secure.
Human-in-the-Loop: You acknowledge that a human supervisor must review critical workflows (Phase 7 Approval Nodes) before deployment in production environments.
We are not liable for financial losses caused by automated trading or business workflows.

3. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to the Cloud Bridge services if we detect:
(a) Malicious use of the API.
(b) Attempts to inject malware via the "App Player".
